How do I download my Certificate of Completion?
Not all courses include a Certificate of Completion. If a certificate is available for your course, you must first meet all required passing criteria before the certificate becomes available.
This may include completing all required course activities and achieving the required passing score on applicable assessments or knowledge checks.
Once you have successfully met all course requirements, you will be able to download your Certificate of Completion directly from the Learning Hub.
If you do not see a certificate option after completing a course, please confirm that:
- The course offers a Certificate of Completion.
- You have completed all required course activities.
- You have met the required passing criteria for the course.
Please note: Completing a course does not automatically guarantee a certificate. Certificates are only issued for applicable courses and after all required completion and passing criteria have been met.

Talent Pool & Reviewer Status
I completed onboarding. When will I receive my first task?
Completing onboarding means you have joined the Jeenie Data Services Talent Pool and may be considered for future project opportunities.
There is no standard timeframe for receiving a first task. Assignments are based on current client and project needs and may depend on your language(s), qualifications, completed training, assessment results, availability, and other project-specific requirements.
Being part of the Talent Pool means you are eligible for opportunities, but it does not guarantee immediate or ongoing work.
What is a Flex Reviewer?
Every reviewer begins as a Flex Reviewer after successfully completing the initial screening and joining the Data Services Talent Pool.
Flex Reviewers may:
• Receive invitations for projects that match their profile
• Accept or decline opportunities based on their availability and interest
• Access available learning and professional-development opportunities
• Build experience and demonstrate readiness for future projects
What is a Trusted Reviewer?
A Trusted Reviewer is an experienced reviewer who has built a strong track record through consistently high-quality work, reliability, strong training performance, communication, and dependable participation.
There is no separate application to become a Trusted Reviewer. This status is earned over time based on demonstrated performance.
Does being a Trusted Reviewer guarantee work?
No. Trusted Reviewer status may result in priority consideration for certain projects or specialized assignments, but work availability always depends on client needs, project requirements, language demand, and available task volume.
How can I improve my chances of being considered for future projects?
Keep your reviewer information current, complete relevant learning opportunities, follow project instructions carefully, meet deadlines, communicate proactively, and consistently submit high-quality work.
Project selection still depends on each project's specific requirements, so completing these steps does not guarantee an assignment.
Reviewer Profile ID and Information
What is my Reviewer ID?
Your Reviewer ID is the unique identifier assigned to you when you join the Data Services Talent Pool.
Please save it and use it when communicating with the Data Services Team.
What if I loose my Reviewer ID, how can I retrievew it?
If you cannot find or remember your reviewer ID, reach out to the Data Services Team at dsquality@jeeniusai.com from the email address you registered with us and request it.
Please save it and use it when communicating with the Data Services Team.
What information should I include when contacting Data Services?
Please include:
• The email address you used to register
• Your Reviewer ID
• Any relevant Task ID or Transcript ID if your question concerns a specific assignment
This helps us locate your information and assist you more quickly.
Can I work in more than one language?
Potentially, yes. Reviewers with proficiency in multiple languages may be considered for additional languages.
You may be asked to provide proof of language proficiency and/or complete additional assessments before another language can be added to your reviewer profile.
Reviewer Platforms & Access
How do I get access to the tools I need?
As part of onboarding, you will receive three separate emails with instructions for setting up your accounts and creating your usernames and passwords for the platforms used by Data Services.
Please check your spam folders in case you did not receive the emails and follow the setup instructions in each email carefully and keep your login information secure. Step-by-step guidance for accessing and setting up these platforms is also available in the Reviewer Toolbox Guide.
Not every project uses the same tools. Once you are assigned to a project, your project instructions will tell you which platform(s) you need to use.
If you have completed the setup instructions but are still unable to access a required platform, contact the Data Services Quality Team and include your Reviewer ID, the platform you are trying to access, and a screenshot of the issue.
What is Jeenius?
Jeenius is one of the primary platforms used to assign and complete Data Services tasks.
What is Retool?
Retool is another platform used for certain Data Services workflows and assignments. Your project instructions will tell you which platform to use.
Where can I find all the links I need?
Visit the Reviewer Toolbox in the Reviewer Portal for quick access to Jeenius, Retool, the Learning Hub, guides, and Data Services support resources.
I'm having trouble accessing one of the platforms. What should I do?
First, verify that you're using the correct account and login information and follow any setup instructions provided during onboarding.
If the issue continues, contact the Data Services Quality Team and include:
• Your Reviewer ID
• The platform you're trying to access
• A screenshot or screen recording of the issue
• A description of the steps you completed before encountering the error
Providing this information helps us investigate technical issues more efficiently.
Training & Learning
Where can I find my training?
Courses, assessments, project guidelines, and other learning resources are available through the Data Services Learning Hub.
Do I need to complete training before I can be assigned to a project?
Do I need to complete training before I can be assigned to a project?
Yes. We cannot assign project work unless we have evidence that you have learned and understood the required guidelines. Some projects will require specialized training or assessments; however, everyone should begin with Transcription: Guidelines and Requirements. This is our entry-level course because many other courses and project requirements build on the concepts covered in this training.
Please note that completing training demonstrates readiness but does not guarantee a project assignment. Assignments depend on project requirements, qualifications, language needs, availability, and performance.
Should I complete courses even if I haven't been assigned a project?
Yes. We encourage reviewers to explore available learning opportunities and familiarize themselves with different Data Services project types.
Completing relevant training and performing well on assessments can help demonstrate your readiness for future opportunities. However, completing a course does not guarantee a task or project assignment.
Is training paid?
It depends on the project. Some training opportunities are paid, while others are unpaid. If a training activity is eligible for compensation, this will be clearly communicated in the training invitation or project instructions before you begin.
What are micro-trainings?
Micro-trainings are short learning modules designed to keep reviewers aligned with new guidelines, project requirements, or annotation standards.
They may be:
• Mandatory or optional
• Paid or unpaid
• Self-paced or time-bound
The invitation will explain the applicable requirements, deadline, and compensation.
Will I receive a certificate for completing a course?
Certificates are available for eligible courses and may depend on successfully meeting the course requirements.
Tasks & Project Opportunities
How are reviewers selected for tasks?
Reviewer selection depends on the requirements of each project. Factors may include your language, qualifications, completed training, assessment results, previous quality, reliability, availability, and client requirements.
The most important thing is to ensure you have completed the basic training courses to start with.
The most important thing is to ensure you have completed the basic training courses to start with.
Is there a guaranteed number of tasks each week or month?
No. Data Services work is project- and client-driven, so task volume can fluctuate significantly by language and project phase.
Being part of the Talent Pool does not guarantee a minimum amount of work.
Can I decline a task?
Yes. When an opportunity is offered, you may accept or decline based on your availability or interest.
If you accept an assignment, however, we expect you to complete it according to the provided requirements and deadline.
What should I do if I accepted a task but can't meet the deadline?
Contact the Data Services Quality Team as soon as possible.
Please don't wait until after the deadline. Early communication allows the team to determine whether the deadline can be adjusted or the task needs to be reassigned.
Why haven't I received tasks while another reviewer has?
Not every reviewer will receive the same assignments. Projects can have very specific requirements related to language, project experience, training, quality performance, availability, or client needs.
Task distribution may therefore vary between reviewers.
Payments
How does Jeenie pay Data Services Reviewers?
Reviewer payments are processed through ProZ*Pay.
You must register using the same email address associated with your Data Services reviewer account and tasks.
How do I register with ProZ*Pay?
Go to proz.com/register and create an account (the free option is all you need). Use the same email address that appears in your Data Services tasks, then choose your preferred payment method in your ProZ*Pay account settings.
Payments cannot be issued until your ProZ*Pay registration is complete, so please register as soon as possible. Once you’re set up, no further action is needed: ProZ*Pay will email you when a payment is available, and you can also see it under Payments Received in your ProZ*Pay account. Full step-by-step instructions are in the Payments Information Sheet.
When will I be paid?
Payments are processed monthly and are based on the month in which your tasks were submitted, not assigned.
Work completed during a given month is invoiced to ProZ*Pay by the 30th of the following month.
After Jeenie submits payment, availability for withdrawal depends on ProZ*Pay's processing requirements and your selected withdrawal method and may take up to approximately 15 days.
Where can I find my rate?
Your approved standard rate and any applicable onboarding rates are communicated directly to you by email.
Special projects or assignments may have different rates. When this occurs, the applicable rate will be communicated as part of the assignment.
I have a payment problem. Who should I contact?
First, review your payment information, onboarding email, and personal task tracker.
If you still believe there is an issue, including a missing payment, incorrect amount, or payment clarification, email dsquality@jeeniusai.com with Payment Question or Escalation as the subject line. Include your Reviewer ID and any related Task ID(s).
Whenever possible, payment inquiries should be submitted within 30 days of the payment date in question.
I'm having trouble creating or accessing my ProZ*Pay account. Can Jeenie fix it?
ProZ*Pay is an independent payment platform used by Jeenie to issue reviewer payments.
Account creation, login, withdrawal methods, and other ProZ*Pay account-specific issues need to be addressed directly with ProZ support.
Reviewer Standards
