Use your reviewer email

Register with the same email address that appears in your Quality Review tasks, so your payments can be matched to you.

Choose how you get paid

In your ProZ*Pay account settings, pick your preferred payment method, such as bank transfer or PayPal.

Complete tasks & get paid

Payments are processed monthly and invoiced by the 30th of the following month. ProZ*Pay emails you when your funds are ready.

All Quality Reviewer payments are processed through ProZ*Pay. Payments cannot be issued until your ProZ*Pay registration is complete, so please register as soon as possible to avoid delays.

How to register:

Go to proz.com/register and create an account. The free option is all you need.
Register with the same email address you used for the project, the one that appears in your Quality Review tasks.
In your ProZ*Pay account settings, choose your preferred payment (withdrawal) method.

That's it. Once your account is created with your Quality Reviewer email address, no further action is needed for payment setup. When a payment is sent, ProZ*Pay will email you, and you can also find it under Payments Received in your ProZ*Pay account.

Having trouble creating or accessing your ProZ*Pay account? Please contact ProZ*Pay support directly, since account issues can only be resolved by ProZ.

Payments are processed monthly via ProZ*Pay and are based on the month in which tasks are submitted, not assigned. Work completed in a given month is invoiced by the 30th of the following month.

For example:

Tasks submitted in November 2025 → Jeenie invoice to ProZ*Pay submitted by December 30, 2025

Tasks submitted in December 2025 → Jeenie invoice to ProZ*Pay submitted by January 30, 2026

Once payments are submitted, ProZ*Pay will notify you when the payment is available to withdraw, according to your selected payment method. Please keep in mind that depending on ProZ*Pay policies, withdrawal methods, and your account details, it may take up to 15 days for the funds to be available to withdraw after Jeenie sends your payment by the 30th, sometimes they are available to withdraw sooner.

Your approved per-task rate and any applicable onboarding rates were shared via email. This rate applies to standard Quality Review work, including language and fraud detection tasks.

Quality Reviewers may also be offered special tasks (such as surveys, pilot work, transcription tasks, or time-bound assignments) with specific rates and deadlines, communicated at the time of assignment. Reviewers may accept or decline these tasks as offered. Accepted special assignments are paid separately and do not replace or modify the standard per-task rate.

Reviewers are expected to maintain their task tracker and keep it up to date.

Your task tracker helps you monitor completed work, estimate upcoming payments, and reference task details if questions arise. We strongly encourage adding notes or references in your tracker for:

Special task types
Reassigned work
Clarifications or edge cases
Technical issues or observations about your tasks

If you have a payment issue, such as a missing payment, an amount that looks wrong, a question, or a change request, email dsquality@jeeniusai.com and use Payment Question or Escalation as your subject line.

Please include your Reviewer ID and any related Task ID(s) so we can review your request quickly and accurately. Send payment questions within 30 days of the payment date for the month in question.

The Data Services Quality Review project is ongoing. As discussed during interviews:

Work volume may fluctuate by language and project phase.
When additional tasks become available, current Quality Reviewers are contacted first.

Availability of work is not guaranteed month to month.
