Some projects include paid training, while others do not, depending on the project scope and client requirements. If a training is eligible for compensation, this will be clearly communicated in the project instructions or your training invitation before you begin.
What is a Trusted Reviewer?
Trusted Reviewers are experienced reviewers who have consistently demonstrated excellent quality, reliability, high training scores, and strong performance.
Because of their proven track record, Trusted Reviewers receive priority consideration for new project assignments or specialized tasks. Flex Reviewers continue to be invited as new projects launch, capacity expands, or additional reviewer support is needed.
There is no separate application to become a Trusted Reviewer. This status is earned over time through consistent high-quality work, strong performance, and dependable participation. Completing training, earning certificates, and consistently delivering quality work helps you build a strong track record and demonstrate your readiness for Trusted Reviewer status.
What are Micro-trainings?
As AI projects evolve, we occasionally offer micro-trainings, short learning modules designed to keep reviewers aligned with new guidelines, project requirements, or annotation standards.
Micro-trainings may be:
Mandatory or optional
Paid or unpaid
Self-paced or completed within a specific timeframe
Each invitation will clearly explain the expectations, timeline, and compensation.
