  • Our courses are about the learning experience, not a single score. Knowledge checks are there to help you practice and reinforce what you’ve learned, so they can’t be reset. There’s no need to reach out to request a reset. Simply review the material and keep building your skills.

    Working toward a certificate? If a course includes a certificate, it’s awarded once you’ve completed all of the course activities and passed the required knowledge checks.
