Reviewer Support Update: New Contact Process

Thank You, Reviewers!

Thank you to everyone who completed the Reviewer Master Contact Form when requested. The information collected through the form has helped us better understand reviewer support needs and improve how we manage incoming requests.

We have now collected the data we needed and are transitioning away from the Reviewer Master Contact Form.

How to Reach Us Starting October 8, 2026

Effective October 8, 2026, please send all Data Services Quality support requests by email to:

✉  dsquality@jeeniusai.com

To help us route and respond to your request efficiently, please use one of the following categories in your email subject line, depending on the reason you are contacting us:

What to include in your email

When contacting us, please include all relevant information, such as:

  • Your Reviewer ID
  • The relevant Task ID(s)

Please note: Beginning October 8, 2026, the Reviewer Master Contact Form should no longer be used for new inquiries. Please use dsquality@jeeniusai.com for all new Data Services Quality support requests.
