New today: Golden Review: Natural Conversations (v2.0)

Today we also launched Golden Review: Natural Conversations (v2.0). This course takes about 60 minutes across five chapters and teaches you to review a recording and its transcript, rate both in the Golden Review form, and decide whether the engagement is a Golden Sample. Each module pairs a short guide with a self-check, and a final assessment and certificate of completion finish the course.
